How much do tickets cost?

We always want to make this event as affordable as we can for our community. This year tickets are:

Early bird tickets (on until 30 September):
Adults $15 (ages 18+)
Youth $10 (ages 5 - 17)
Kids FREE (ages 0 - 4)

Cheap Thursdays (Thursday nights only - for locals and those who love a good deal!):
Adults $15 (ages 18+)
Youth $10 (ages 5 - 17)
Kids FREE (ages 0 - 4)

General admission:
Adults $20
Youth $15 (ages 5 - 17)
Kids FREE (ages 0 - 4)

On top of ticket prices are 5% GST and service fees that do not come to Dusk but the ticketing platform and payment platform.

We are happy to provide bulk tickets and arrange group tickets at a discounted price for groups of 20 and above, and extend a discount to bulk ticket purchases by non-profit organisations. We also invite bookings from christmas parties, wedding parties, and other special occasion groups on Sunday - Wednesday nights. Enquire with hello@thewilder.ca

How can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available to purchase in advance on the ticket website (https://www.tixtree.com/e/squamish-at-dusk-c07967d7602d)once they are live from 1 September, and each timeslot is subject to availability. Tickets are also available to purchase on the night for timeslots that have availability, with credit or debit card.

Can I buy a ticket with cash?

No, tickets are available to purchase on the night with credit or debit card only.

Can I buy tickets in advance, or do I need to purchase them at the event?

Tickets can be bought in advance on the ticket website (https://www.tixtree.com/e/squamish-at-dusk-c07967d7602d)and we recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure your preferred date and time. You are welcome to arrive on the night and join in the festivities if space remains within that time slot, purchasing tickets at the entrance.

Can I get a discount or volunteer in exchange for a ticket?

Yes! Reach out to us - hello@thewilder.ca (hello@thewilder.ca), we would love your help. It takes many hands to put on community events and the more the merrier! Volunteers receive freebies and so much love and kudos!

Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund, or change dates/times?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately all ticket sales are final and there will be no refunds. You are welcome to arrive on the same date as your booked ticket but at a different time and if space remains you will be allowed entry. You can also change your ticket time by selecting the "Self Serve" link on your ticket email, where you can transfer your ticket to another time up to 48 hours prior to the event. Or email events@thewilder.ca (events@thewilder.ca)if you need help.

Or gift your tickets if you can't make it and spread the festive cheer!

Question 8

Can I arrive at a different day or time than what is listed on my ticket?

Accepted Answer

You cannot arrive on a different day than what is listed on your ticket. Entry is only valid on the date that you booked.

However we may allow entry at a different timeslot if space remains. Feel free to come by and check or use the Self Serve link in your ticket email to transfer your ticket to another timeslot.

What is included in my ticket? How long will it take?

The Squamish at Dusk experience will take approximately 30 minutes - 45 minutes to complete. You are welcome to hang out for as long as you like in at each installation, in one of our warming spots, in our tent and warm up and enjoy an evening out.

Question 10

What time can I visit Dusk?

Accepted Answer

The first entrance time is 4.30pm. The lights look the best from 5pm onwards, but we are opening the event from 4.30pm to accommodate anyone who needs to come earlier. The last entrance time is 8.30pm and the Dusk gates will close at 9.30pm.

Entry times are each 30 minutes and festival-goers should enter within 30 minutes of the time listed on their ticket.

Can my child come alone?

There must be at least 1 adult, aged 18 or older, with guests 15 years old or under. Any children 15 and under without adults will not be admitted.

Can I enjoy some of Dusk for free?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are required  to experience Dusk in Rose Park. If you face challenges that mean you may not be able to buy a ticket, or would like to volunteer in exchange for a ticket please reach out. We want everyone to enjoy this event without barriers.

Can I book for a group?
